The Recipes
This is a weeknight go to for our family. The meatballs come together easily and the sweet gochujang sauce adds a lot of flavor. This will become a staple of your during the week.
I wanted a break from my normal set up shrimp seasonings which led me to this recipe. Usually I use some blackening seasoning or cajun seasoning. This shrimp is more mediterranean with it's flavor profile.
This is a quick pasta dish that tastes like it took much longer to make. For the wine, opt for a dry white wine such as Pinot Grigio.
As you get more and more recipes from us, you'll notice we incorporate a lot of sweet potatoes in our weekly meals. They tend to make the dish pretty filling even if it's veggie-centric.
We got an Instant Pot for our wedding and we've been using it a ton. It allows you to easily get the cleaning done before the meal is served. This is another veggie option that will leave you full.
