Notes:

The Grilled Chicken and Strawberry salad referenced in Pinch of Yum uses chipotle chilis in adobo sauce. We opted for chipotle chili powder and it worked out fine. Make sure the salad is tossed in the vinaigrette to ensure even coated around the whole salad.
